Is your website secure?

Can I pay by check?

We accept checks via the TeleCheck Electronic Check Acceptance® (ECA®) service. Your paper check is processed electronically, think of it as a check without the paper. The ECA service is as quick, safe and convenient as using a credit card.

What shipping options are available?

Choose our Auto Ship option and always get Free Shipping. Our primary method of shipping is via FedEx Smart Post. Your package will arrive within 2-8 days of the day you order. If you do not choose Auto Ship, your package will be delivered via FedEx Smart Post for a flat $6.95 charge for any size order.  You may also choose to receive your package sooner by selecting a faster shipping option, either FedEx 2nd Day for $13.53 or FedEx Next Day for $22.75.

How can I track my order?

After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email with a link to track your package. You can also contact customer Monday through Friday between 9AM and 5PM Eastern Time.
