As an Autoship subscribing member, you are entitled to great benefits, including:
The product(s) you select are automatically delivered to any location that you specify, at your choice of: every 15, 30, 45, 60 or 90 days. You will receive the same product(s) at the same location, according to the schedule you've chosen. You can also add or remove product(s) and change the shipment frequency of your Autoship Plan at any time. Any other products desired can be shipped together with your Autoship items, even if they are not part of your subscription program free of shipping or handling charges.
There is no minimum purchase required to join the nutraOrigin Autoship Plan or to continue as a member. You do not have to subscribe to the nutraOrigin Autoship Plan to order individual products, but by ordering outside the Autoship program you may not qualify for benefits available to Autoship members.
Our complimentary gift offer is valid only to you as a new nutraOrigin Autoship Plan member. It is yours to keep with no further obligation. Offer limited to one gift per new member.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of receipt.
You may cancel your subscription at any time after receiving your introductory shipment without obligation to accept further shipments. You may change the quantities and types of product you receive at any time, as well as the frequency of your shipments. The special GIFT is yours to keep regardless of your decision.
You may cancel your Autoship membership and stop your shipments at any time simply by notifying us by phone: 1.800.71.NUTRA or by going to nutraOrigin Website.
If we receive your cancellation request after we already have shipped a package of your product to you, you must follow the steps set forth in Section: RETURN POLICY to receive a refund.
If you cancel your Autoship Plan membership, you may reinstate it at later time by revisiting the nutraOrigin Website; however, you will be ineligible to receive another free Gift.
From time to time we may send nutraOrigin autoship subscribers certain promotional items. These may consist of a variety of other products that we believe will be of interest to you.
You may use, retain, discard or dispose of these items as you see fit; and there is no obligation on your part as a result of receiving or keeping these items.
The nutraOrigin autoship program is only available in the Continental United States, and to legal U.S. residents, 18 years of age or older.
Our Free Gift offer is valid for NEW MEMBERS of the nutraOrigin Autoship Plan only, and is only available in the Continental United States, and to legal U.S. residents, 18 years of age or older.

Our Gift offer is valid while supplies last. nutraOrigin reserves the right to substitute a special gift of equal or greater value when limited supplies are exceeded.

Prices for product purchased through our Autoship Plan are posted and regularly updated on our Website. Product prices are subject to change. In the event of a price change for any product which is included in your Autoship order, we will not ship such items to you at the different price without receiving your prior approval.
If you open an Autoship account with us, you hereby agree to pay all fees and charges to your account, including any applicable taxes, in accordance with billing terms in effect at the time the fee or charge becomes payable. We reserve the right to change the amount of, or basis for determining, any fees or charges for products, and to institute new fees, charges or terms effective upon notice to subscribers. We reserve the right to terminate any Autoship account at any time, for any reason. We agree that we will notify you when, and if, we decide to terminate your account.
If you wish to open an Autoship account with us, you will be asked to supply certain information, including without limitation, your full name, address, telephone number and credit card information. You agree to provide us with the foregoing information as well as any other mandatory information, which must be accurate, complete and current, and to comply with the terms and conditions of this agreement that you may enter into governing your purchase of the product.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of receipt.
Once we have received your returned product, we will credit your credit card account. Please allow 10 days for processing.
Your initial Autoship product purchase is usually shipped from our Warehouse in 1-2 business days of our receipt of your order. All subsequent subscription shipments will be sent in accordance with your selected Autoship frequency schedule.
Depending on your location, shipping times can vary from 1 to 7 days.
