The information in this Privacy Policy, as well as the Terms and Conditions will be periodically updated and amended, and should be reviewed regularly by our users. We reserve the right to make any alterations and amendments, at any time, without prior notice, which are deemed effective immediately upon posting thereof, or as otherwise disseminated to our customers. Usage by the customer of the website will be deemed as acceptance of the terms posted as of the date of usage.

How We Collect Information about You and How We Use it: We collect information about you in several ways. When you place an order, you will be asked to provide us with the following information: your name; your billing address; your shipping address (if different), phone number, email address; credit card account number and expiration date, and, of course, the specific items that you wish to purchase from us. We may request additional information which may optionally be furnished by you, and we welcome such additional information in our effort to provide the most personalized service possible. All information so provided is loaded into our main database, which allows us to track purchasing patterns, and allows us to provide the best possible service to you, tailored to your own individual needs. From time to time, we may use the email address provided to contact you with offers that we feel might be of interest to you, based on the information provided. Other than in an emergency situation, we will not contact you by phone, unless you have chosen not to provide us with an email address.

Initial Communication: We send all new members an initial welcome message, by email, to verify their password and username. We will also undertake to maintain regular communication with our customers through periodic emails, newsletters, and other communications. Each user may choose, at any time, not to receive these types of communications (see Your Choice to Opt-Out below).

In addition to regular periodic communication, we may find it necessary to send out miscellaneous announcements via email or other channels regarding our website and its use, such as notification of temporary service outages, maintenance, etc. As a general rule, users may not opt-out of receiving these types of account service-related communications. We may also communicate with individual users regarding the status of their individual accounts, and users may not generally opt out of these communications as well.

All information will be kept in strictest confidence. We will always cooperate in every way with any law enforcement agency of the Federal government or any with any appropriate State or City law enforcement agency in identifying any user who may use our website for illegal purposes, and we may, in conformity with applicable law, disclose any information which we are required to by any valid Court Order, law, regulation, subpoena, or governmental request. Additionally, we reserve the right to contact any appropriate governmental agency to report any activity which we, in our sole discretion, feel may warrant investigation for criminal or other improper activity, and to disclose any relevant information in connection with any such investigation.

Newsletters: nutraOrigin will be publishing a periodic newsletter, which will be made available to our users. We will post instructions on how to sign up for the newsletter, and will require certain personal data in order to process requests. Users will be given the option of terminating their subscription at any time.

Emailing to Another: We hope that you will enjoy your experience with us, and we encourage you to help publicize our website. We will therefore establish a system whereby you will be given the opportunity to email our website, or a link to our website, to any other person. You may be asked to provide us with your friend's name and email address to allow us to forward the information properly. This information will not be stored on our system, and is only used for this individual communication.

Referrals: We plan to establish a system whereby users will receive benefits for referring new customers to our website. We will publish specific rules and regulations concerning this program at the time it goes into effect.

Surveys & Contests: We may, at various times, publish surveys, or run contests on our website. Participation in either surveys or contests is completely voluntary. Participants in both surveys and contests will be asked to provide us with certain personal information which may or may not be different or additional to information already furnished to us, such as name, address, age, household information, personal preferences, shopping habits, etc. We utilize this information to better identify and serve our users. We disclaim any liability for any damages or injury that may occur for any reason with respect to usage of such third party websites. We encourage our users to fully investigate each website they visit for its own specific rules and regulations.

Information Sharing: We do not sell our customer lists. We do, however, reserve the right to share the aggregated, general or demographic information we collect about our users and their use of our website with our partners and advertisers. We will not conduct such sharing in a manner that identifies any individual user. We use an outside shipping companies to ship orders placed on our web site, and a credit card processing company to bill users for goods purchased on our web site.
