Funding and support for this website are provided entirely by nutraOrigin, a private commercial business that operates primarily through this website. Usage of this website is governed by its Terms and Conditions, which follow.

Purchasing Transactions: We offer many products for sale on our website and through various other media. If you wish to purchase any of these products, you will be asked to supply certain information, including without limitation, your full name, address, telephone number and credit card information. You agree to provide us with the foregoing information as well as any other mandatory information, which must be accurate, complete and current, and to comply with the terms and conditions of any agreement that you may enter into governing your purchase of the product. You shall be responsible for all charges incurred through your account as well as for paying any applicable taxes.

Our Guarantee: If you are not 100% satisfied with a nutraOrigin product, you can return the product for a full refund within 30 days of receipt.

Shipping Policy: Your product is usually shipped from our Warehouse in 1-2 business days of our receipt of your order. All subsequent subscription shipments will be sent in accordance your selected Autoship frequency schedule.

Depending on your location, shipping times can vary from 1 to 7 days.

We do not ship to addresses outside of the Continental United States.

The Nutraorigin Autoship Plan

Introduction: Some products offered by nutraOrigin are offered on an automatic shipment basis. This program will be referred to as the "Autoship Plan" or "Autoship". If you open an Autoship account with us, you hereby agree to pay all fees and charges to your account, including any applicable taxes, in accordance with billing terms in effect at the time the fee or charge becomes payable. We reserve the right to change the amount of, or basis for determining, any fees or charges for products, and to institute new fees, charges or terms effective upon notice to Autoship members. We reserve the right to terminate any Autoship account at any time, for any reason. We agree that we will notify you when, and if, we decide to terminate your account.

Your options: By enrolling in the nutraOrigin Autoship Plan, you will be requesting automatic periodic delivery of particular item(s) of your choice. We will ship a renewal orders, at quantities chosen by you, at a frequency of your choice, namely, every (15) fifteen, (30) thirty, (45) forty-five, (60) sixty or (90) ninety days. We will notify you of the availability of particular items which may or may not be ordered though the Autoship Plan. We will also notify you if any of the items included in your particular order are unavailable at any particular time, and we disclaim any responsibility for any claims that may result due to the unavailability of items, whether due to circumstances out of our control or otherwise.

FREE SHIPPING and HANDLING will be provided by nutraOrigin for all products which you order under the Autoship Plan. We also will offer free shipping and handling for any other products that you wish shipped together with Autoship items, even if those other products are not part of the Autoship Plan.

Convenient Billing: We will charge the credit card that you provided at registration for each subsequent package of the product which we will regularly ship under this program. Please be sure to keep your credit card billing records current.

As we prepare for your next shipment of product, we will place a preauthorization charge against your credit card. This preauthorization procedure is used only to ensure that your card is valid. We will not actually charge your credit card until we ship your product.

Free Gift: Any new member who enrolls in the nutraOrigin Autoship Plan will receive from us a FREE Gift – a decorative pillbox with velvet pouch at a retail value of $22.00. This GIFT will be shipped together with your first Autoship shipment.

Prices: Prices for product purchased through our Autoship Plan are posted and regularly updated on our website. Product prices are subject to change. In the event of a price change for any product which is included in your Autoship order, we will not ship such items to you at the different price without receiving your prior approval.

Cancellation by you: You may cancel your Autoship account at any time after receiving your introductory shipment without obligation to accept further shipments. You may change the quantities and types of product you receive at any time, as well as the frequency of your shipments. The special GIFT is yours to keep regardless of your decision.

You may cancel your Autoship account and stop your shipments at any time simply by notifying us by phone: 1.800.71.NUTRA or by going to our Website.

If we receive your cancellation request after we already have shipped a package of your product to you, you must follow the steps set forth in Section: RETURN POLICY to receive a refund.

If you cancel your Autoship Plan membership, you may reinstate it at later time by revisiting the nutraOrigin Website; however, you will be ineligible to receive another Gift.

PROMOTIONS for Autoship Plan Members: From time to time we may send nutraOrigin Autoship members certain promotional items. These may consist of a variety of other products that we believe will be of interest to you.

You may use, retain, discard or dispose of these items as you see fit; and there is no obligation on your part as a result of receiving or keeping these items.

Restrictions of Subscription Program: The nutraOrigin Autoship Plan is only available in the Continental United States, and to legal U.S. residents, 18 years of age or older.

Our Free Gift offer is valid for NEW MEMBERS of the nutraOrigin Autoship Plan only, and is only available in the Continental United States, and to legal U.S. residents, 18 years of age or older.

Limit one membership per person.

Our Free Gift offer is valid while supplies last. nutraOrigin reserves the right to substitute a special gift of equal or greater value when limited supplies are exceeded.

All Orders are subject to nutraOrigin approval.
